Lt. Scott Anderson
Scott Anderson is an over 20 year law enforcement veteran of small village police departments. His assignments have included communications, patrol, field training, range officer, in-service training, crash investigations, bike patrol, and honor guard. He’s been a police academy instructor since 2001 and holds numerous certifications in firearms, use of force/response to resistance, defensive tactics, TASER, ASP, chemical agents, criminal patrol, and patrol procedures. During his years of service, he has trained hundreds of police cadets and provided field training to numerous front line patrol officers. Scott has completed credit hours as Law Enforcement Management Major and has attend front line supervision courses. He prides himself with service to the public through courage and commitment.
Sgt. Chris Rohner
Support Services Commander
Sgt. Rohner attended Tolles Technical Center where heI studied criminal justice, graduating with his private security certificate. He attended the Central Ohio Police Officer's Training Academy. He has worked previously for the Hebron Police Dept, Licking Memorial Hospital Police Dept, and The Thornville Police Dept. Chris has been with the Ostrander Police Dept since 2009t. He is also a Special Deputy in Meigs Co Sheriff's Office. He is a trained in FTO, ESMD, school resource officer, ADAP, identifying deceptive behavior, advanced firearms, basic traffic accident reconstruction, and security operations & tactics.
Sgt Chris Catalogna
Sgt. Catalogna possess an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement and has been a law enforcement officer since 2002. Hehas numerous certifications including Methamphetamine Investigation Management, Drug Interdiction, Advanced SWAT, Firearms Instructor, NIMS/FEMA certifications, Taser, ASP, Chemical aerosols, Less Lethal Techniques and Active Shooter. Hisassignments have included Police Cyclist (IPMBA), SWAT, Field Training Officer (F.T.O.), and BAC Datamaster program manager
Officer Mark Bossa
Officer Bossa ia a graduate of the Central Ohio Police Training Academy. He has served as the Chief of Police for the Village of Shawnee Hills from 1989 until 2004 and for the Village of Kirkersville from 2009 to 2010, He is a certified firearms instructor, and has received judicial notice as an expert in horizontal gaze nystagmus in the Delaware Municipal Court.
Officer Kim Slane
Officer Slane attended the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy at the Delaware Area Career Center. She currently is working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Forensics at Franklin University. Officer Slane began working for the Ostrander Police Department in March 2012 and is active in the Ohio Investigators Association, Association of the Ohio Fraud Examiners and the African American Law Enforcement Association.

Officer Sean Calhoun
Officer Calhoun has served in law enforcement almost continuously since 1997 and graduated from the Eastland Adult Education Center in 1997. Sean possess an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement Technology from Columbus State Community College in 1994. He is currently Working on his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Capital University.
